One file per page
A 10-page document becomes ten single-page PDFs, numbered in the original order:
page-1.pdf page-2.pdf page-3.pdf ... page-10.pdf
Download the pages you need one at a time, or use Download all (ZIP) to save the whole set in one archive.
When you need every page separately
Per-page files are handy when each page is really its own document: a stack of scanned receipts, certificates issued to different people, tickets, or delivery labels that a printer or a colleague will handle individually. It is also useful before uploading pages to a system that accepts only one page per record.
Only need part of the document? Keep chapters together with range-based splitting, or pick out single pages with the page extractor.
Local processing
Every page is generated in your browser from the file you selected. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored after you leave the page. Very long documents simply take a few seconds longer, depending on your device.
